Chelsey was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where she received her Bachelors of Fine Art focusing on Textile Design.
She has traveled extensively through the United States and abroad for study as well as pleasure where she draws inspiration for her collections.
Chelsey currently lives and works in Milwaukee, WI where she is an Artist + Resident at RedLine Milwaukee.
